If you are already a pickup and delivery customer, alterations can often start right from your route bag. Pin a note directly to the garment or include written instructions in the bag so our alterations team knows what you want reviewed.
For simple repairs, hems, buttons, linings, and many zipper issues, that may be enough to get the process started. If the work depends on fit, measurements, fabric behavior, or personal preference, we will reach out before moving forward. Some items may still need an in-person fitting, especially for tailored fit changes.
